The experimental rock and spoken word album is the first collaboration for the pair, as they are joined by production dynamos The Elegant Too.

I'm Not Jim's (the collaboration between author Jonathan Letham and the Silos' Walter Salas-Humara) You Are All My People received a glowing review on WHYY/NPR's Fresh Air from Ken Tucker, who said "[Some] songs have a gleaming hard edge...and elsewhere they've created crisp little pop tunes with choruses that sound like forgotten hits from decades old rock radio stations." The fine folks at Daytrotter were so kind to invite Justin Townes Earle into their studio, and the stunning results are now available to download here! Not only did Justin turn out sturdy versions of favorites from The Good Life and Yuma, but he also recorded Daytrotter-exclusive covers of The Replacements' "Can't Hardly Wait" and Blind Blake's "Biscuits"!

Exene recorded a duet with Dex Romweber for the upcoming album The Ruins of Berlin by the Dex Romweber Duo. The album also features duets with Cat Power, Neko Case and some guitar work by Rick Miller of Southern Culture on the Skids. The album is scheduled for a February 10th, 2009 release.
