Lean Forward, the Bottle Rockets latest is finished and will be released in Spring 2009.  Produced by Eric Roscoe Ambel, we personally think it is the bes thing they have done since the classic Brooklyn Side.  It will be available on CD and limited edition vinyl.

SYGC has put the new album, ...And the Horse You Rode In On, in the can---as we say in the business.  Look for a summer '09 release.

Austin's one man band/human dynamo has finished his new album entitled Something's Wrong/Lost Forever.  It is set for a May 2009 release and will available on CD and limited edition LP.  You can sample some new Biram on the download sampler card included in the new Ben Kweller 7", or look for it in April on the Bloodshot radio station.

Deadstring Brothers have completed their latest album Sao Paulo.  Man, it SMOKES.  Look for it in the late spring.  You'll be able to hear advance tracks on the download sampler card included in the Ben Kweller 7" and on the Bloodshot Radio station soon.

Wayne "The Train" Hancock's new album is all done and ready to smoke jukeboxes all over the land. "Viper of Melody" is set for an April 21th release and will available on CD and a limited edition LP--just the way Wayne's music begs to be heard.

Lux Interior, the singer, showman, shaman, rock and rock archeologist, thinking and fucking man's Elvis by way of Vincent Price, huffing, puffing, grinding leather-panted and stiletto-healed leader of the Cramps died on February 4th. They were/are my favorite band. Ever. Lux, guitarist Poison Ivy and the rest messed me up but good and I never really got to thank them for it.
