While in Austin for SXSW, Scotland Yard Gospel Choir and Justin Townes Earle stopped by KEXP's remote studios on South Congress Ave for a couple of live sessions:

Justin finished up his next for us and it has all of us in the compound walking around all bug-eyed saying "Wow." Seriously. Wow. How a guy that did such an amazing job on his first record could take an even GREATER leap forward is pretty exciting.

The album is called "Midnight at the Movies" and we'll have it out for you in March 09 on CD and limited edition LP.

The Musicians Life is a radio series on WXPN in Philadelphia that examines the everyday lives of musicians from the artists themselves, from the creative to the mundane.
